MEON is a man-portable, battery-powered end-to-end confidence test set used for stimulation and radiometric measurement of missile warning systems and infrared countermeasures. It is manufactured as military-specification equipment, and can be provided with software tools for threat reprogramming and full remote operation.
Joint Service Electronic Combat Systems Tester, or JSECST, is designated AN/USM-670 by the U.S. government. This end-to-end tester quickly and accurately fault isolates electronic combat and avionics systems for combat aircraft.
